Not Knowing What You’re Doing

Not knowing what you’re doing. “[Rationalism’s] philosophical error lies
in the certainty it attributes to technique & in its doctrine of the
sovereignty of technique; its practical error lies in its belief that nothing
but benefit can come from making conduct self-conscious.” ie if you
know what you’re doing, you ain’t doing nothing! hehe… I’ve been saying
to my band recently that it’s better when we don’t know what we’re
doing!… indeed.
